Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the preparation of project bidding documents and tenders, collect project cost information, and provide a basis for bidding;
2. Responsible for the project budget plan, subcontract bidding, price comparison, subcontract negotiation and the preparation of subcontracts;
3. Responsible for tracking and managing the contract implementation of the project subcontractor;
4. Responsible for the summary inspection and review of project progress payment and project completion settlement data;
5. Responsible for written and email communication with owners, subcontractors, etc.;
6. Responsible for the collation and archiving of business information according to the relevant management measures of the company.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, civil engineering/construction, and other related majors, English level 4 or above, proficient in English reading and writing;
2.Have professional knowledge of project budget, final accounts and project management;
